It's time to retool in the draft

I'm being a seller, not buyer. But not sure who would buy anything we have to offer. Rapp? Not sure any team would even deal a future 7th for him.

So rebuild via the draft. Spend $ in FA, but on the 2nd wave, no huge contracts. Bargain shop, especially on O-Line.

Going to need the draft picks, especially that #1 in 2024 because we may need to start to consider a QB at some point.
