I've just been deep diving through Twitter so sorry I don't have an article for you. But some reporters are pointing out PFF notes for the game yesterday. Here's something interesting that I found:
Apparently the offensive line only allowed eight pressures yesterday. That's not bad going against the 49ers defensive line (even with the adjustments). The run game was abysmal but there were signs of life in pas protection. The issue is that Bobby Evans gave up four out of those eight pressures and one of the two total sacks that we gave up. I still don't know why they keep putting him in at left guard. Brian Allen gave up no pressures which was encouraging. Oday Aboushi had a solid day as well.
But again I suspect that if we get a chance to watch all 22 you'll see the niners targeting Evans and him being a constant liability. I saw several plays where he was chasing a pass rusher who had already beaten him.
