I don't think it matters if the Rams trade for Brandin Cook....if Stafford's bum elbow causes him to avoid throwing into tight windows farther than 20 yards down field....Cook's talent will be wasted.
Something is not right with Stafford....he has become gun shy and has basically become a game manager.

he is playing like he has BQB syndrome right now...quick to take the safe underneath throw, but misses the guy breaking free on the deep ball....
he did it again yesterday on the play ARob got that stupid taunting penalty....Had Kupp running free uncovered up the seem and never even thought about throwing it to him
