Yes, the O-line is bad, but even in 2019 with Goff - we could score points. Something is off with this offense, beyond O-line. I know McVay calls plays, but the OC doesn't just get a paycheck for doing nothing. They are certainly part of designing plays / system mods / with input on the install. There's a growing tree of HC's who came out of the McVay system.
I know Coen did well in his assistant positions with us before - but maybe, just maybe it was the OC's above him that had more to do with that. So far, he has the worst record of any that came before. Might need a change this offseason. He's a friend of McVay's, I think so unfortunately he may stick around.
