All of the DBs stink. They are backups and can't cover $#!%. Jalen Ramsey is an exception, but he doesn't even know how to catch a football.

The wide receivers, outside of Cooper Kupp, are all 3rd or 4th rate. Van Jefferson is mostly injured or just plain ineffective. He has an occasional splash, but then disappears for weeks.

The interior LBs are inconsistent (Jones), or well past their prime (Wagner).

It is also true that the Rams do not have enough elite players.
