all that means, if true, is that if you sell your tickets to someone who causes a fight or an assault or some obnoxious behavior that injures another the original ticket holder may be subject to losing his seats in the event he or she has prior notice of the person's bad behavior. That has nothing to do with selling your ticket to a fan of the opposing team.
