Add to the above that his style of leadership is to yell at, scold, chastise, belittle, shame others into being as dedicated as he is. Play at your best even if you're tired is a recent rant - sounds good until you're the guy who's lambing off, making noise about dedication and perfectionism and not walking the talk.
