After leading Tampa to a Super Bowl win in 2020 he comes back in 2021 and nearly pulls off one of his greatest comebacks in the divisional round vs. the eventual Super Bowl champion Rams. That seemed like a great spot for him to walk away- and he did. For a month. It's obviously hard for any great athlete to walk away at the perfect time but I think that was it for him and now, with the team around him not what it was either, he's regretting it and (perhaps subconsciously) just going through the motions the rest of the season. Layer on a divorce and it can't be a fun time for him.

He's now Officially lost his Wife too! Also, no doubt, it's a major distraction to the Bucs.
