Since he has returned he has been below average. If I were another team, I wouldn't use a roster spot on him based on what he has done this season. I think he's done. I'm not sure why he thinks he deserves more playing time... I would just release him. I guess there could be a team willing to take a chance and blow a 7th but it might be better to just put an end to it.
