Agreed. I'd rather shore up O line and edge first, depending on who's available and what Snead can pull off than spend resources on a straight-across running back who doesn't improve the team.
I'd encourage anybody who hasn't to look up Ronny Rivers' highlights. mostly breakaway runs that don't show you much, but parsed down show spin moves, deceptive stop-and-go stutter, he sets and uses blockers well, and as Alyo says, he plays bigger than his measurables and on his board, ranked higher than Williams. He's ready-to-go right now.
In Rivers we could have a serviceable running back to pair with Henderson on the roster - fix what needs fixin' first.
