Maybe the rest of you know him already; here's my take for what it's worth.
Giant of a man at 6'7" and 325; no injury history that I could find. Came into NFL at age 30 after bouncing around Arena league; was a Ram for one year (presumably under Fisher just before McVay's tenure; could be wrong.)
In three years with Washington stared a handful of games each season and appeared in a majority of games. I'd project him as good vet backup and starter as-needed, coachable, good lockerroom guy and teammate.
Comes across as genuine, stable, and articulate individual. Credits faith, family, and perseverance with eventual rise to NFL.
