Giants punter is stuck in England-----passport issues

The guy is Scottish and apparently there's a problem with his passport.

I was just thinking about this Sunday night. How does the NFL ensure that every players passport and documents are in order? Or is it the teams responsibility? You know there are guys with histories of drugs or other charges so how do they get them through screening for TSA?
