How fixable is AR? Is it that his skills don't fit the scheme? Is it that he got his big paycheck and is trying not to get hurt? He wasn't lighting it up for the Bears and a lot of the reasoning is that his QBs weren't good. I hope it's not because he's not good. That would be a big FA super bust.
