I agree with Lewis it's a real problem.
The Rams don't have a home-field advantage even after winning a Super Bowl which is pretty crazy if you think about it. People can say what they want about them being away for so long but I also followed the team to St. Louis and after 1995 until they had a monstrous losing streak the Rams had a huge home-field advantage. Go back and watch those championship games against Tampa and Philly or even the 49er games in 2001 and a 1999. No silent counts.
This is the way it's always been for the Rams since the 1980s other than the time in St. Louis. And don't read me wrong, I live in California and cried when the Rams came back .....tears of joy. Just keeping it real though on the weird lack of fan support particularly after a Super Bowl is frustrating.
it's always going to be an issue especially in a place like SoCal with 20M people in the area alone.....and where fans are willing to pay $400 for a $90 face value ticket...
I will say as a season ticket holder who has been to every game since they've been back, it is ONLY a problem with teams with HUGE fan bases.....Steelers, Cowboys, Packers, Niiners type teams
Next week will be 85-90% Rams fans and other ones are usually at least 75% Rams fans
the thing with St Louis was mostly due to it being a small market team that other fan bases would probably rather not visit compared to places like LA with its weather and entertainment capital of the world....I remember going to Rams games in STL in the dark ages of like 2006 and the place was a ghost town
