In my opinion, the blame fails squarely on McVay and his failure to adjust. These head coaches, as I have said in the past, can be stubborn to a fault you have to adjust to the talent you have on the field. It is beyond me how McVay can not seem to understand this, he kind of reminds me of Marks in that way. Just think a short time ago these NFL analysis were calling him " boy genius ", now it is more like, "village idiot". Snead has some responsibility for this recent collapse with his recent questionable moves in free agency and the draft. To think not long ago we were singing these guys praises, now I'm ready to burn them at the stake.
