I always paraphrase by saying I am a huge McVay Fan but, his personnel decisions and refusal to take what the D is giving you, not to mention flex and adapt to the situation reminds me of Martz. I "was" a huge Martz Fan as an OC, but we have seen this movie we know how it ends. Other teams catch up to what you are doing, and another thing the McVay system needs speed to get the underneath receivers open and it feels like he hates fast receivers. I know that is not the case but his offense is at its best when you have a real deep threat out there, not Tutu.
I get it we are injured but play like you are injured like Dallas did, double tight and pound the ball, SMH
