He is the King of the No look pass. He could play blind folded.

IMO, Matt is just not playing well. He is not seeing the field as well or reading his options as fast as he should. If he isn't injured, I expect him to "bounce back" and look like the "good" Matt again. Inconsistency is one of his traits.
