Are we close to officially labeling Tutu a bust?

All that training camp hype and supposed field stretching capability - exactly what McVay envisioned when he brought in Jackson last year. Now, when the offense needs someone to clear out the underneath zones a bit, the one guy on the roster who actually had the speed to do it - doesn't even dress! That to me, says everything. They don't trust him and they don't feel he can contribute. Normally with a WR - year 2 is when they make big strides. Apparently not this guy.
