I'm about at the point where i think it's imperative he do so... no matter how hard it is.
I know McVay can design plays with the best of them... I don't doubt it at all... but I do think he struggles with situational play calling. Maybe a collaboration... even if McVay overrules his collaborator at least he'd 'hear' "nope, that was not a good call in that situation".
