The whole nine. You have a college head coach/coordinator who draws up easy reads for him. Which magnifies his dislike for studying the game. And in this league if you're not a student of the game as a QB you're in for some humbling.
But the GM is bad, and should have been fired years ago. Move him into the front office if he's "like family" to the owner. But get someone in that GM chair who knows the game and has a vision that makes up for what the owner lacks. I remember the days of having garbage at the top and how it filters down into everything, will never forget what that feels like as a fan. And that's where they are at IMO.
