Very True as Staley had a meteoric rise even to become a defensive coordinator as he was an outside LB Coach in Denver before McVay hired him. I thought it was a great hire for the Chargers and still feel that way as Staley is different from most defensive coaches being a former QB in college. However, with Peyton looming and wanting to be paired with the best QB that he can be, it might be too tough if the Chargers don't win a few playoff games this year.
