9ers are going to test some of our corners on the edge with Deebo, who is a nasty threat to corners who need work on their tackling. They're going to take shots deep due to the blown coverages we've had, and Garoppolo tends to play his best ball vs our defense. And in general the Rams secondary has to take away the 1 second reads that Jimmy kills us with when we play these clowns, which requires some aggressiveness and anticipation by the DB.
If we can stuff their run game we should be in solid shape, but I think the win/loss will be determined by how well our secondary plays. They've been all over the map for three games and hopefully have worked the kinks out. This is a big game where they can put them down hard in the standings at 1-3.
Also the 9ers are in a bit of a fragile state with a QB the coach knows isn't good enough and who he tried to get rid of. But guess who is back in the saddle like we knew he would be. So the Rams beating them on Sunday would hurt them badly. Let's get this done Rams.
