The Rams signed DB Grant Haley to their 53 (previously on practice squad), and similar to last week they've elevated WR Jacob Harris from the practice squad. OLB Keir Thomas cleared waivers and is back on the practice squad.

Pretty significant update for Rams' WR Van Jefferson, who was characterized as "day to day" just a few weeks ago...the Rams just put him on IR (knee). I would *think* that's a short-term designation, with an eye on a possible return after the bye week. No official word yet.
