Fundamentally sound, great hands (despite the early critiques from this board, which are totally baseless given the small sample size. Check the ND tape and scouting reports to ease your nerves), incredible blocker, great length and body control on 50/50 balls, and underrated speed (https://t.co/VMFNMB6OaV) and route running ability (https://twitter.com/weeklyspiral/status/1354609476788121605?s=46&t=adYOWNw-vQ6Uuv7j3H2LdQ) given his size and physicality. On top of all this, he is a high character glue guy in the locker room.
Patience, friends. Hes going to develop nicely under McVays tutelage.
I have high hopes for Skow and it seems like McVay does too. He is still "rough around the edges" but he has shown he has potential and has actually flashed a time or two which is a time or two more than another WR we drafted higher than Skow.
I wonder is Kupp worked with Skow too during the off season and camp? Skow seems to have a great attitude and is very likable. I am happy he is getting chances to show his worth!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
