Yeah, no punter in the WORLD would have executed that kick as the defender went right up the middle untouched. But sure...let's blame it on Dixon.
For crying out loud, ITS A PUNTER!!!! Remember when Hekker was our best weapon? Should the Rams invest money in th offense or the guy that cleans up when the offense fails? Who cares about an extra ten yards of field position?
While it would be nice to keep Pro Bowlers at every position, the punter should be very low on the totem pole of team investment.
