IMO, his "attempt" to play D on Evans TD in Tampa said it all. Can't blame the shoulders on that CRAP effort. I could see if he was on it but just could not raise his arms quick enough. THEN the shoulder thing might be legit. He was out of position and looked like he did not care to correct that.
