My Wife just told me. Last January, we dumped cable after it went up AAAAGAIN. I bought an antenna that picks up our local channels, METV and about 7-8 others. We also have Netflix and Frndly. Outside of me watching METV stuff, we barely watched TV....Hallmark and HGTV is stuff we also watch. We saved a LOT of money by cutting cable, buying an antenna and paying $5-$6 for a few streams. Netflix is a bit more, I think. We knocked off close to $80 / month buy dumping cable. 10 months later, we don't miss it one bit. Even ESPN....I used to be an ESPN JUNKIE! Outside of a few NCAA football games a year, I never watched it.
