It's an old problem too

A problem they temporarily addressed in 2018 and 2021 and in both cases the upgrade at RB helped them make it to the Super Bowl. So I find myself wondering how they cannot see what I see, which is that an improved run game would make this offense so much more dangerous.

And yet somehow here we go again. Hey let's draft another pass catchy RB who instantly misses time in camp and gets hurt on the first play of the season on special teams. It's gonna be different this time around for sure.

This is where Snead needs to have a real talk with McVay. Be like "I know you love these speedy backs, but why don't we bring in a depth option who can eat carries when the offense needs to settle down."
