Intensity and focus can also bring on tenseness.....

I think he was so intent on doing just that that he has gotten a bit tense. It could be that losing a SB and winning one can have the same after effect for the same reason, becoming more focused and intense....can push into that area of becoming tense, which can at times cause holding back, second guessing.....

Needs to find that sweet spot between focus, intensity....that to me gets to an even keel.......
