I don't think that's an excuse, or at least a 'good' excuse. OBJ coming in during the season meant he was needed, needed badly AND immediately... and yet?
I should make clear what's bothering me about all this.. during the game Chris pointed out, at least twice, that Robinson was open and ignored. THEN... I read that post by, (sorry, I forget who), that pointed out Robinson got more space in that game than even Kupp.... add that up and....
I'm thinking McVay has a bit of a hangup in that regard... and adding to that... I think Stafford may be very much like McVay.
Now the good news is, even if the above is right (that's debatable), they, both McVay and Stafford, DO come around in a somewhat short period of time. Not fast enough for me,
, but they will work it out.
