Re: So lets talk about what's good for 2022

The biggest positives for me is how the Rams have become a factory not only of players - but coaches. How many of our old coaches had their phones ringing off the hook when the season ended?

Now our coaching staff is coveted. They are the gold standard of cutting edge success. O'Connell, Lefluer, Staley, Zac Taylor.

Our GM has also proven cutting edge, finding market deficiencies in QB pricing allowing us to get Matthew Stafford in now what appears to be a pittance for the value we got in return.

We have a stud KR/PR going into the season. How long has it been since we could say that with some real confidence? 2000?

Our options also seem limitless. Our midseason checklist isn't figuring out what coach to hire but rather will we try and snag OBJ or Robert Quinn down the stretch?

Lots a positives going into the year all of which lead to what is currently the best sport franchise in football hands down.

I think we've listed all the worries - what can go wrong - who we like and who we are skeptical about... how about a thread with the positives?

Just a short time back, or so it seems, we discussed instilling in the Ram's organization a "Winning Culture"... it's a done deal. From top to bottom there can be little doubt the entire Ram organization looks to the SB as the goal. And not just the SB... winning the SB!

The F.O. is in place... the coaching staff is in place... and the guys who have to get bloody every weekend locked and loaded and motivated.

Stafford is remarkable. Our WR's arguably, but barely so, the best in the NFL. Gaines, Floyd, and others have shown that AD doesn't have to do it alone. This coaching staff took a group of OL'men that just a VERY short time back this board thought was in shambles and if your honest with yourself have to admit showed such a high degree of success it has to be recognized as one of the biggest surprise turnarounds ever... and for the most part did so "in-house".

Knowing 'how to win' those close games... MORE than accomplished.

Successful 4th QTR comebacks - done!

A wealth of players who can be depended on when those critical 3rd down situations arise. TE's are a factor.

Winning the LOS on those 4th and inches!

Enough from me... back me up! - JamesJM
