Yet Football Outsiders described him as the worst player on the Rams' offense and ranked him 35th out of NFL centers meaning that he was behind two backups.

I wonder if this is somehow related to the Rams' lack of success running the ball particularly in the playoffs when they faced better defensive fronts.

Does anyone have an opinion or more information on this?
