I don't think you can field Tutu and not show your hand.
He is limited, so his snap count is going to reflect that.
I'm not asking Tutu to lead block ala Woods and Kupp inside, or for that matter outside.
He's not going to lineup in the backfield as RB and be expected to pick up the blitzer.
Let's see how coach schemes him in, but even his role in return specialist might be squeezed.

If Van Jefferson is going to make the first game, we'll hear about it right soon. If he's borderline, and they're trying to keep guys will they just use the PUP for him?
Quite sure that the cuts will be very slow coming when they get down to the bone. Some will be quite easy. Others the staff will use ALL the time they can to avoid losing kids they'd prefer to keep around on the PS.
I think maybe the real fun might be guys Snead has a tracker on that might get cut on other teams. Granted the waiver wire is going to be narrow as we're the 32nd in line.
Most of all, even guys that get cut now may be picked back up later. It's a long, long season. MJD mentioned that they went through 80 guys over the course of last year.
