Not living in the LA area, I got to watch the Rams-Chargers game on the NFL Network, where they used Chargers announcers. They were terrible, getting first down calls wrong and calling out every Charger by name/number, while conveniently not mentioning any Rams players. Ugh. And here I was, eager to hear what Whitworth had to say.
Can any of you locals who saw the game with Rams announcers fill me in? Many thanks.
The ABC broadcast was the ‘homer’ version with Siciliano and Whitworth.
Had interviews with McVay, Stafford, Wagner on the sideline.
Replays and commentary on Ram highlight plays.
No question a better broadcast for Ram fans.
