IMO, I think Powell can offer something in that area as a WR, but he's such a dynamic returner, he just needs to be serviceable in that are. Special Teams Coach Joe DeCamillis mentioned he was happy that Powell finally got a chance to showcase his talents. I believe Powell is here to stay.
