Ya, we've seen positive reports and that's great. However, none of those players as individuals, or collectively, equal OBJ. If the team thinks they can field an impactful 3rd receiver from them, I won't argue it, but my position would be if Jefferson is going to miss extended time or worse, not be available, an OBJ injection at the end of October could be huge. I realize he would be a bit of a luxury item, but I'd rather see him on the Rams than the Packers, or worse yet.... the 49ers..... Things are looking promising at this point all around, so this just amounts to splitting hairs. Should be another fun season!!
Oh, I’m still an OBJ to the Rams fan.
All I’m saying here is that IF one or more of Rams WR’s explodes, THEN OBJ becomes irrelevant and those cap dollars can be invested elsewhere.
All this will work itself out over the coming months. Rams are in a good place at WR at this time, even with this hiccup with Jefferson.
