I'd really love for Bruss to seize the role. But at the same time if he is with the 2nd unit that means he'll play a lot in preseason which is probably best for his longer-term development.
I like Shelton as the backup center/top interior OL backup and the 6th OL in jumbo sets but again Bruss has to earn the job.
