I never heard that would be any problem with the elbow for training camp. I believe I read that he was making no throws whatsoever in OTAs which
contradicts with the "limited" throws in paragraph 1. He is not on the PUP list. They'll be somewhat careful with him but want him to get enough reps to install the offense and for the new guys to feel comfortable in their roles.
