I take Nick Scott as starter over Rapp all day long, dude. Not that Rams shouldn’t keep trying to upgrade at Safety (which they’re clearly doing, btw).

Rapp has hit his ceiling and it ain’t that high. He now seems to be a man without a position in this Morris D. Wagner, Jones, and Scott have made him largely irrelevant.
