They have Ramsey for the big draws and slot when they want to beef the run defense. What they didn't have is a guy with ball skills.
Hill was solid in the slot but his true value lies in his flexibility. He can fill roles around Ramsey usage.
But what if Durant can lock down the slot. Then all of a sudden this secondary looks real nice at corner, with Hill competing with Long and co for that other outside hash role.
And ideally they sort the other safety spot too. They need another safety out there with quick decision making in quarters calls.
