There are so many due to our LOOONG and storied history. 
If I go "stat" wise, I would say the record setting game by Flipper against N.O..
If I go most "emotional" it would be Ike's 4 td game against the Whiners in '99 that finally BROKE the Farty Whiner jinx!
Ike had so many BIG moments and is truly on of the greatest Rams of all times even if he did loose his mind for a while by signing with those Whiner pukes!
