Round 6: No. 212 – Derion Kendrick, CB, Georgia

Round 7: No. 235 (from BAL via JAX via T – Daniel Hardy, LB, Montana State

But are there one or two that you have a little extra interest in because of high hopes or perceived team need?

I have a couple.

Decobie Durant. I’m hoping for some extra ‘juice’ in that CB room opposite Ramsey. I think Durant might open some eyes and, who knows, by mid season might be getting significant snaps. Competition is always a good thing and Durant should keep the vets on their toes.

Kyren Williams. I’m hoping to see some fireworks from this kid. Heck, I’d like to see him seize that #2 spot from Hendy.

Daniel Hardy. I look forward to seeing just how high his ceiling might be. There’s just something about this kid that tantalizes me no end.

As an aside, I didn’t mention Bruss because I think his status is known already. Just a question of how soon he starts at RG.
