It sucks that there is no loyalty among professional ballplayers anymore, it is all about the almighty dollar. It seems like it is never enough, no matter how many millions they get. I sure hope they give some of this money to charity but of course they will only for tax purposes. I know I sound bitter but I worked for 35 years serving and protecting society for a mere fraction of what these guys make and in reality what I did was more important in the grand scheme of things. I'm sure I will receive some hate for posting this but I'm just tired of all this. What ever happened to "for the love of the game"?
