I hate to say it but the odds do seam stacked against a soccer player becoming a legit NFL TE.
That is a project in every way.
I agree he is a project as a traditional TE and his body probably isn't a TE body for the up coming season. Still I see him as a possible mismatch candidate. I believe McVay can scheme Harris open and that he can put in a package for Harris that he can use to take advantage of Harris unique talents. Need an endzone threat or a deep threat while matched up on a an LB? His route tree will probably be limited and he may be a hybrid TE/WR but I think it is very possible to see him used effectively but in a limited manner. He excels on special team so he will be a game time active.
