The fact that the coach got support from the owner to move the QB they had just paid. And to move him with three picks for a QB who had all kinds of nonsense surrounding him about why he didn't win or demand a trade in all those years. So there's credit to spare for all involved I think. It was a perfect example of a team fixing a mistake they made by everyone being on the same page in support of their head coach.
