But I don't think that our RB core is impressive like many other teams. Akers and Hendo and Michel made a good and productive team of RBs. I still wish we had Malcolm Brown.

For some reason McSnead doesn't esteem the RB position, but for some reason it hasn't hurt us! The old school mindset was to have a power RB able to grind out the yards. McSnead doesn't play by that rule and it has served them well. They've been able to pick up 2nd rate RBs and squeeze out value and performance from them. Obviously they've got some smarts about it.

I also don't think that Williams is a stud. He's little and he's already injured. He hasn't ran for 1 yard yet. That's not the definition of "stud."
