I don't think a return to SD is in the cards-unless the NFL wants to foot the entire bill for a new stadium. I believe she (Plaintiff) want control of the trust so she can sell the team and use the $$$ to pay off a substantial amount of debt. Then live off the proceeds along with the remaining members of the family. The Chargers are up and coming with their QB, HC, and defense. Someone will but it-but only if she gets control to sell it-and who knows where they will end up -not back in SD where there is no taxpayer taste to foot the bill for a new stadium. Keep in mind the ST. Louis lawsuit is likely to cost each NFL ownership a ton of money to settle So it would have to be on Joe taxpayer-something not likely to happen.
