Daniel Hardy Draft profile

Daniel Hardy -Edge - Montana State - 6'-2" 240 lbs. - played against my Bison in the FCS National Championship game. Also saw him against SDSU in the semi's.

Pros:
He is fast
He is also explosive off the snap
34" arms are long
ultra productive pass rush numbers
hot motor

Cons:
lacks the bulk to set a strong edge in the run game
1 year starter and is still raw
lacks ideal measurables for a 34 edge

He had a good game against NDSU with 6 tackles, but he was ineffective vs Volson and the rest of the Bison OL as far as pass rush in the championship game. The semifinal game against South Dakota state was another story: 4 tackles 2 sacks and a forced fumble. he really wrecked the Jacks in the 2nd half.
All in all he had 5.5 sacks in the 4 playoff games this year. If he can add 5 to 10 solid muscle pounds and the coaches can teach him a pass rush plan, I think you have something. ST contributor or PS 1st year.
