Ekeler 5'-8" 195 4.43 speed
Williams 5'-9" 199 4.65 speed

Both "undersized" backs that shouldn't be able to run between the tackles, but can. They are both tough runners that play bigger than there size, both can be used in the passing game as well. I think Williams play speed is better than his 40 time. I wish I had next gen stats on him. Maybe it isn't a comp at all, but thats the first name I thought of.
