I used to split this into 5 techs and DTs, but that's not a thing any longer ...

I think we are unlikely to take anyone before the 6th, and more likely to wait for UDFA Athletes that we can train up ... especially with BB3 with a year under his belt.

So targets will be italicized, but expect them late.
